Pastor Evan Carmichael's ministry roots run deep. He was raised in a pastor's home and was actively involved in ministry from the age of 10. He had been leading worship at his fathers church for many years before answering the call to step into the role of senior pastor over Sure Foundation Hilo. Over the last couple of years the church has grown spiritually and numerically under his guidance. Pastor Evan truly desires to see men, women, and children rise to the full potential that God has for their life.

Pastor Shinobu Carmichael was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. Like her husband, she was also raised in a pastor's home and understands what ministry is all about. She has a heart to see women ignited with passion for God, their families, and life in general. When she's not busy with church she's usually running around with their 3 children who are the joy of her life.
